Pastors David and Toni Grossardt
Lead Pastors of Cedar Church
David and Toni Grossardt are the Lead Pastors of Cedar Church based in Tulsa, OK. They were elementary sweethearts and were married in August of 1989. They have two adult children; Caitlyn, who owns a local marketing and creative firm, and Kyle, who is currently enrolled in ministry school.
They spent the early years of their marriage in poverty, with a victim mindset, and experienced constant struggles with their marriage as they tried to navigate the hardships of life as a young married couple. Searching for a better life, they found a church where they met Jesus and discipled under the Word, which led them into a life of transformation and victory. This began a ministry journey that not only elevated the life that they were making together but also in the lives of those that they encountered along the way.
After 25 years, in various capacities of leadership and ministry, they felt called to launch Cedar Church. They come with hearts ready to serve and deliver sound biblical teachings built on the foundation and truths of the written Word. Their objective is to equip and empower members to walk out the Five Pillars of Discipleship. Through these fundamental truths, members can expect to establish a greater understanding of the Word, grow in a deeper relationship with their Heavenly Father and His son, walk out their spiritual authority, build a stronger family unit, and eliminate wrong mindsets that hold believers hostage and cripple them from living a life of victory and true biblical freedom.
Ministry Highlights
Pastors David and Toni have profoundly impacted their community through their unwavering dedication and spiritual guidance. Their journey began with the successful launch and expansion of a satellite church, where they meticulously managed team leaders, hosted small groups, and provided ministry to the congregation. Their approach to ministry involved connecting with individuals in a manner that transformed occasional visitors into regular attendees actively participating in small groups, serving in the church, and observing tithes and offerings.
Their practical knowledge of biblical financial principles was instrumental in leading a capital building campaign as spiritual advisors. Their efforts educated and encouraged the congregation, ensuring the campaign's success. They have also led several altar prayer teams, witnessing numerous miracles as they guided church leaders and volunteers to speak the word over their congregation members.
Pastors David and Toni are certified Marriage Mentors and frequently facilitate marriage groups, helping couples through marriage enrichment, creating environments of vulnerability, healing, and transformed relationships. They have a particular affinity for working with fellow pastors, offering them the rare opportunity to be real and open about complex issues.
Aside from their church activities, Pastors David and Toni sit on the board of advisors and serve as instructors at Adult and Teen Challenge in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. This organization is recognized as the largest faith-based rehabilitation organization globally, with a mission to holistically free individuals from addiction through the power of Jesus Christ. Their involvement in this organization, which boasts an 86% success rate, underscores their commitment to seeing lives transformed.
Their main course of work has been dedicated to assisting Christians in the concepts of financial freedom. This prompted them to write a biblical curriculum, “The Attitude of Generosity,” which they taught at many churches over several years. This curriculum has allowed attenders to escape the trap of debt, learn how to steward their finances, build wealth, launch small business, and give like they never could before; all with a heart of blessing those around them and moving God’s Kingdom forward. When holding these classes, they work with executives, business owners, pastors, and individuals alike to walk out a biblical life of stewardship. After these classes, biblical prosperity and spiritual growth not only become a reality in people’s personal lives, but these principles translate to their families, jobs, businesses, and churches.
They are members of FCF (Faith Christian Fellowship International) an organization that licenses and ordains pastors and supports over 300 churches in more than 50 different countries. The organization is lead by Cookie Brothers, the granddaughter of Kenneth Hagin.

Transitioning to the corporate world with a business degree, Pastor David moved into the digital payment industry, where his leadership and expertise have made a lasting impact over three decades with hundreds of financial institutions across the United States.
His reputation as a Senior Executive in this field speaks to his deep knowledge and ability to drive innovation. His role as a speaker at trade conventions further solidifies his standing as an industry expert. But beyond his technical skills, Pastor David’s passion for building high-performing teams sets him apart. His focus on empowering individuals to grow both professionally and personally shows his commitment to leadership and mentorship.
Pastor Toni
Pastor Toni is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both the corporate telecommunications industry and entrepreneurship. After earning an accounting degree, she rose through the ranks to become a senior leader, managing large teams and overseeing significant projects. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch her own Interior Design and Remodeling Company, where she achieved great success. Her work was featured in publications, and she was even approached by HGTV to consider hosting her own show.
Alongside her husband, Pastor David, Pastor Toni has co-owned multiple businesses, which provided valuable experience as they developed and taught the "Attitude of Generosity." This program empowers individuals to escape the cycle of debt, build lasting wealth, and create thriving businesses, helping countless people achieve financial freedom and entrepreneurial success.
